Gagan Thapa takes oath as Nepali Congress president

Kathmandu, October 17 Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa has taken the oath of office and secrecy at the party’s central office in Sanepa. Thapa took the oath at a ceremony held at the party headquarters on Friday. Senior Vice-President Bishwa Prakash Sharma placed a garland of dubo grass around his neck during the ceremony.
